Rather than making an outright gift, you may prefer to spread out the payments over a period of time. Monthly giving may allow you to contribute more significantly to the campaign than might otherwise be possible, while extending tax advantages over time. Many companies and corporations will match, or even double, your gift to Westlake Academy. Check with your company’s HR or public affairs department to find out if your company has a matching gift policy.

Let us know if your gift + match will come directly from your employer - OR - if we should be on the lookout for an online paper form to verify your donation.

Estate planning finds ways to make charitable gifts while enjoying financial benefits for donors. Planned gifts require discussion with professional advisors. Unlike cash donations, they are typically made from estate assets rather than disposable income and either become operable now or as bequests upon death. If you are interested, please contact Dr. Shelly Myers in the foundation office to begin conversations about your family legacy donation.

Tribute and memorial gifts provide a wonderful way to remember the special people in your life. Whether for family, friends, co-workers or others, these special gifts provide an opportunity to remember or pay tribute to individuals as well as recognize special occasions, such as anniversaries and birthdays.  Honoring the memory of a loved one through a memorial gift is also a meaningful way to celebrate their life and continue their legacy.

The families of those being remembered will be notified of your donation and you will receive an acknowledgement.
