Fund-An-Item (Teacher Gift Card Initiative) Donors

On behalf of an incredibly grateful faculty and staff, we extend our deepest gratitude to our very generous Fund-an-Item (FAI) donors! Each year, the Foundation spearheads a “cash call” for an extra-special project identified by Academy administration. This year, the school asked us to promote the “Teacher Gift Card Initiative” as this year’s FAI need. Donor generosity coupled with a WA Foundation contribution turned this need into an exciting reality!

With $125,000 in hand, each teacher and staff member will receive $1,100 in gift cards throughout the year to enhance their classrooms and workstations. Talk about impact! This doesn’t happen at other schools, but your wonderful support makes it happen at WA.
