Your student will receive an iPad, a case, a keyboard, cable and charger. Please sign the Student/Parent Property Use Agreement.

The $99 Westlake Academy Technology Use Fee includes costs for maintenance, infrastructure, apps and device coverage for the Property. Each policy covers the Property for accidental damage such as drops and spills as well as loss (theft, fire, flood, natural disasters and lightning strikes). The Fee covers a maximum of two (2) incidents  per school year. Subsequent incidents after the 2nd will require full damage repair costs, and possible loss of use. Self-repair of the device, or repair of the device by third parties is not allowed.  The policy does not cover power adapters, cables, misplaced (lost) devices, or intentionally damaged/defaced cases or devices. 

Checks may be dropped off at the front office.

Securly monitors your student's activity online and their Google Mail and Docs, flagging activities pointing to self harm or bullying. Download the Securly Home app below to have a real-time view of your child’s activity on the school iPad. You will be receiving an email from Securly, prompting you to create a parent account.

Educational Tutorials List

Once the registration process is complete or closer to the beginning of the school year, you will receive emails with access to the following platforms:

PowerSchool Parent Portal: access your child(ren)’s attendance records, G11 & 12 grades, and G6-12 schedule among others (sign in with the same email address you used to register your child(ren).

SchoolsBuddy: register and pay for your student(s) yearly technology fee, technology repairs/replacements, ice cream day, after school activities & clubs fees among others.

Toddle: for parents and students in KG-G12: LMS, report cards, MYP service / DP CAS records, Personal Project, Extended Essay and TOK among others
