Camp Forge

Westlake Academy is excited to welcome K-12 students this June 2026 to our beautiful campus on the hill to make, shape, and create, all while having a lot of fun! Camp Forge will be held from June 1-26, 2026.

Camp Forge is a dynamic summer experience designed to give students the flexibility to explore their interests, develop new skills, and connect with friends in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.

We are pleased to offer a variety of activities and learning opportunities for all ages, led by beloved Academy teachers and partners. As you plan your activities, please pay close attention to the grade levels listed for each activity.

Most activities offer weekly AM and PM sessions for one or multiple weeks in June. Families may register for multiple activities or enroll in the same activities for multiple weeks. We hope the flexibility allows for just the right amount of variety for each camper.

Registration & Payment

Wednesday, March 11 - Camp brochure and webpage is available with all activities and information.

Thursday, March 12 - Registration opens at noon for all current Westlake students and families.

Thursday, March 19 - Registration opens for families in Westlake and surrounding areas.

Friday, May 1 - Registration closes for everyone to allow time for camp rosters and staff schedules to be finalized. No refunds will be issued after this date unless Westlake Academy is forced to cancel or change an activity due to scheduling changes, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All registrations will take place online through our RankOne system, and you will receive an emailed confirmation once registration is successfully completed. Westlake Academy uses RankOne to manage sporting events and summer camps. While this system is different from RevTrak, you will find the registration link provided below when it opens on March 12 at 12:30 PM.

• Full payment is due at the time of registration unless a camper is placed on a waitlist.
• Payment is accepted by debit or credit card only.
• Registration changes or cancellations must be requested by email to camp@westlakeacademy.org.
• There are no drop-in options for camp; pre-registration is required.

Camps are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and the catalog will reflect full sessions in real time. The link to the camp catalog can also be found below.

Camp Forge welcomes students from the surrounding community to join us for a summer full of creativity, collaboration, and fun. While many of our campers are Westlake Academy students, we are excited to open our doors to students from neighboring schools who would like to be part of the Camp Forge experience. Community registrations will open on March 19th at 9:00 AM, and we look forward to building new friendships, exploring new activities, and sharing the spirit of Westlake Academy with campers from across the area. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
