- On Friday, 9/26, you will receive a packet of information regarding field trips. All students and parents are required to sign field trip behavior forms. In addition, parents must sign volunteer confidentiality agreements and submit to a background check. All forms MUST be signed and turned in prior to chaperoning any field trips.
